FEDERATION NATIONALE DES COMMUNES FORESTIERES

Created in 1933, "la Fédération nationale des Communes forestières" (FNCOFOR) is an association of municipalities and communities which represents all elected officials involved in the development of the forest and the forest-timber sector, whether they are owners or not.
Organized through a vast network of 53 departmental and interdepartmental associations and 9 Regional Unions, it defends the interests of forest communities to public authorities and trains elected officials.

On our stand, our elected officials and employees will present to you all our actions on forestry themes (risk management, forest land, use of local wood in short circuits for energy or construction, raising children's awareness, etc.)
