TchaoMegot is a company specializing in the awareness, collection, depollution and recycling of cigarette butts.
Owners of 6 patents, TchaoMegot has developed a process unique in the world which enables cigarette butts to be depolluted using a neutral solvent without the use of water or toxic solvents. The clean, odorless filter fiber can then be used as insulation for the building industry or textiles (down jackets).
We offer local authorities and businesses the chance to equip themselves with awareness-raising ashtrays and recycling kits to help reduce the 25,000 tonnes of litter thrown away in France every year.
