The purpose of the Federation is to organize and structure the professional ecograzing® sector on a national scale, to develop the practice and to promote it as a solution for ecological and social innovation. Ecograzing® is an ecolandscape method of managing green and natural spaces through the intervention of domestic herbivores. This gentle management of the landscape reduces the use of mechanical means and prohibits the use of chemicals. Ecograzing® is always practiced with a view to respecting the environment and in particular the preservation of wild biodiversity but also domestic biodiversity and requires specific knowledge and skills.
