LES ECHAPPEES

Les Échappées has two main activities.

The first involves developing a collection of high-end eco-lodge hotels in the countryside, combining immersion in nature, services, and comfort (restaurant, SPA, etc.) for all customer segments, except for weddings. These hotels are eco-designed and create numerous local jobs. We are looking for plots of at least 7 hectares, easily accessible, suitable for construction or renovation, to develop our concept.

The second activity offers consulting services to private and institutional stakeholders at every stage of their hotel projects, including asset search, market studies, project management, and training. We operate across all hotel segments, both in urban areas and outside of cities.
