Woodeum X Pitch immo

In 2023, Altarea decided to merge Woodeum and Pitch Immo to create the leader in low-carbon real estate development. Together, they will develop a 100% low carbon offer, with operations adapted to each territory, staying one step ahead of Environmental Regulations, RE2020. All operations will aim at at least the 2028 threshold of RE2020 or the BBCA label, thus marking progress in environmental developments in real estate aimed at carbon neutrality by 2050.
