NEOLITHE

Néolithe is a 200-strong company based in the Anjou region of France, specializing in the material recovery of non-recyclable and non-hazardous waste. Thanks to its Accelerated Fossilization technology, the waste is transformed into building materials for use in the construction industry. This alternative to landfill and incineration not only reduces CO2eq emissions linked to waste treatment, but also sequesters the biogenic carbon contained in the waste. Each tonne of aggregates produced is a carbon sink of 337 kg eq CO2.
Néolithe is stepping up its industrial development with the deployment of high-capacity units (100,000 tonnes per year), establishing an extensive network for local waste management that promotes a local circular economy.
