FEPEM

FEPEM is a professional association based in France, dedicated to representing and supporting private individuals directly employing domestic & care workers. For over 70 years, it has advocated for the rights of 3.3 million user-employer who employ more than 1.4 million domestic and home care workers across a wide range of services that enhance the well-being of families and individuals at home. These services include childcare, elderly and disability care, cleaning, tutoring, home repairs, gardening among others. Additionally, FEPEM provides these user-employers with valuable information on collective agreements, fosters social dialogue, and works to strengthen quality through the professionalization of the domestic & home care workforce.
