The Union sociale pour l'habitat represents, through its 5 federations, in mainland France and in the French overseas territories, more than 560 housing organizations, which house around 10.4 million people. It fulfills 3 missions : a role of national representation to public authorities, the media, professional circles and public opinion; a mission to reflect, analyze and study issues relating to housing and to develop proposals for a social housing policy; a mission of information, advice and assistance to housing organizations The Union sociale pour l'habitat is organizing 15 mini-conferences on its stand, Pavilion 2.2, A64 of the Salon des Maires.
