It offers intellectual and strategic services, at the sole service of its clients, focusing on rigorous methodologies and recognized skills. Its mission is to contribute to the design, execution and operation of sustainable, pleasant, economical and manageable buildings. Its two main businesses are: providing advice on real estate asset management, operating monitoring, energy purchase and improvement of building performance; and offer architects and project managers engineering for all trades for the construction or rehabilitation of structures.
