Dematerialization is now a major challenge for all local authorities. Starting from January 1, 2022, all municipalities will need to adapt to receive urban planning authorization requests in electronic form. Those with more than 3,500 inhabitants will be required to fully digitize the processing chain for urban planning authorizations (ELAN Law). We aim to support local authorities in this digital transition, which will reduce costs and processing times for urban planning authorization requests. That is why we have developed MAIRIE URBA: the innovative, fast, and simple French solution for the digital management and processing of Urban Planning Certificates and all urban planning authorizations for Municipalities and State Services.
