n France, the ice rink park has 148 ice rinks including 120 large slopes.
Around a hundred ice rinks, whatever their management methods, belong to the Syndicat National des Patinoires which is a professional association of operators of French ice rinks.
This is how municipalities, public establishments of intermunicipal cooperation, mixed economy companies, management associations, companies or companies which operate ice rinks, within the framework of a delegation of service.
This professional association helps equipment managers operate. The SNP negotiates the tax with SACEM and participates in work related to improving the energy performance of ice rinks.
