Many regions are engaged in developing healthy and sustainable food projects for their residents. The Ministry of Agriculture and Food Sovereignty has been supporting collective and unifying initiatives (farmers, processors, local authorities, etc.) known as Territorial Food Projects (PAT) for many years. Experience feedback and methodological advice for launching or consolidating a PAT will be provided at the stand.
Visitors can also explore the digital platform "ma cantine" (https://ma-cantine.agriculture.gouv.fr/accueil), designed to assist the managers of collective restaurants in schools, daycare centers, nursing homes, and community centers in advancing their sustainable catering projects.
