ATIGIP - Ministere de la Justice

The Ministry of Justice prepares laws and regulations and ensures that the courts operate smoothly. It takes responsability for the people entrusted to it by the judicial authorities: minors in conflict with the law or in danger, convicted persons or persons awaiting trial. It defines and implements public policies related to justice: access to law and justice, fighting domestic violence, etc.
Representatives from the Ministry of Justice and the Atigip will be on hand to talk about the day-to-day collaboration between local authorities and the justice system: protection of mayors, local security, links with the public prosecutor's office, local policy on access to the law, development of work in detention, etc.
