FNCCR

The FNCCR is an association of local authorities entirely dedicated to the organization of public services. A representative and diversified organization, it brings together both communities which delegate public services to companies and others which manage these public services themselves (administrations, SEM, user cooperatives, etc.). The FNCCR supports its members in the technical, administrative and financial organization of local public network services and the activities linked to them. The FNCCR expresses the collective point of view of its members, particularly during the preparation of legislative and regulatory texts and within the framework of national negotiations with delegated companies.
