BioPhonia: acoustics for biodiversity. We use passive acoustics, a method that captures environmental sounds using autonomous recorders. This technology allows us to collect reliable and reproducible data on wildlife and soundscapes. This data enables our team to carry out wildlife inventories, specific monitoring, soundscape studies, and also to develop training and awareness-raising materials. We thus support local authorities and businesses in monitoring and understanding ecosystems. Through our DataPhonia platform, we also offer innovative solutions for storing and managing environmental data.
