Enerdrape – les premiers panneaux géothermiques non-invasifs qui transforment les espaces souterrains (parkings, tunnels) en sources d'énergie renouvelable pour décarboner le chauffage et la climatisation des bâtiments.

  • Renewable and decarbonised energies

Contexte

Heating and cooling account for over 50% of global energy use and 40% of building-related CO₂ emissions. Enerdrape offers the world's first drilling-free geothermal solution: modular thermal panels that turn underground spaces—such as car parks and tunnels—into local renewable heat sources. Fast to deploy, scalable and sustainable, Enerdrape makes the energy transition accessible for dense urban areas and paves the way toward low-carbon buildings.

Acteurs

Enerdrape addresses the needs of real estate players (property managers, landlords, developers), local authorities, and operators of underground infrastructure (car parks, metro stations, tunnels). Our solution enables building owners to quickly integrate a local, renewable and low-carbon heat source. It supports territorial decarbonization strategies and enhances the energy value of existing infrastructure.
