Contexte
Résilience France Collectivité is a recognition scheme for French municipalities that are taking action to safeguard their populations and protect their territory. The approach is based on the national regulatory framework for safeguarding, protecting and preventing risks, as well as on the best practices observed over the past fifteen years in the network of label-holders. The label is open to small, medium-sized and large towns, as well as to communities of communes, urban communities, agglomerations and metropolises.
