The issue of solidarity, social bonds, independence and empowerment or the fight against inequalities are more than ever at the heart of regional policies.

The recent context of inflation and price pressure and structural challenges in the housing sector have a significant impact on the disposable income of households and the more vulnerable people towards whom the authorities have a duty of support in order to avoid the real risk of impoverishment. Concurrently with this, changes in society call for inclusive policies, both global and local, so that everyone can benefit from the same rights and opportunities on a daily basis.
