Contexte
Cooperation and the pooling of services and resources is a key challenge for local authorities. Traditional information systems lack transparency, optimization, and don't integrate the latest technologies. Developed by Aïkku SAS, CoopComm is a web application software platform specifically designed to help inter-municipal communities (EPCIs) pool their resources, including staff, investments, and technical assets.
Acteurs
CoopComm is primarily for inter-municipal communities and communal groupings (EPCIs).
The platform's users are:
Members: These users, primarily municipal officials and agents (e.g., Mayors and City Hall staff), are the ones who submit intervention requests.
EPCI Agents and Teams: These operational resources have their activities and missions pooled.
EPCI Managers and Technical Leads: These essential roles are responsible for coordination and supervision.
