Contexte
The project has been carried out since January 2024 as part of work relating to the Territorial Suite. This aims to raise the level of security of local authorities. The Observatory was initiated to meet the following objectives:
- analyze the situation of all communities with regard to their 'digital presence' through their domain name, website and email address;
- identify priority intervention territories for the ANCT and OPSN;
- support communities in complying with minimum digital security criteria.
