Contexte
Services Publics+ is a continuous improvement program launched by the French Government to enhance the efficiency and quality of public services.
With Services Publics+, all public services that interact with users (such as family allowance offices, social security, tax services, France Travail, the national gendarmerie, etc.) commit to being more accessible, simpler, and more effective.
Local authorities can choose to voluntarily implement the program's objectives. The 'Services Publics+' label certifies that the set quality of service objectives have been achieved.
Acteurs
The Services Publics+ program is led by the Interministerial Directorate for Public Transformation (DITP). It applies to all public services that interact with users (such as family allowance offices, social security, tax services, France Travail, the national gendarmerie, etc.). Local authorities can choose to take part in the initiative on a voluntary basis.
