Contexte
The Moselle Departmental Council wanted an alternative to ChatGPT based on 100% French technologies (hosted on a sovereign cloud and using Mistral AI models) that could enhance staff productivity through various applications.
Acteurs
The project was launched in 2025 at the initiative of the Moselle Departmental Council, which sought to explore the uses of generative AI without relying on non-European actors.
Craft AI, a French company specializing in trusted AI, was selected to design and operate the assistant. A three-month pilot phase helped identify around ten priority use cases aimed at improving productivity for local government staff.
