Partners: CSTB, Envirobat Occitanie, Toulouse Business School, FFB 31, INEC. Stakeholders: social housing providers, owners/design teams, deconstruction firms, reuse centers/charities, local SMEs.
Acteurs
LIFE Waste to Build scales up construction-material reuse across the Toulouse metropolitan area. Led by Toulouse Métropole with Synetics and RAEDIFICARE, it combines a resource/PEMD diagnostic and a white-label territorial portal: online listing (donation/sale), local matching, on-site withdrawals, traceability, and waste/CO₂ indicators for REP PMCB reporting. Goal: move from the 2021 prototype to a 2025–2026 multi-site roll-out.
