Favoriser l'itinérance des services dans les communes rurales isolées à travers des événements festifs
- Rural communities
Contexte
The population of small rural villages is far from everyday services and shops and suffers from the loss of local social ties. Ville à Joie offers a mobile service model for villages with fewer than 1,000 inhabitants, providing services (health, administrative procedures, housing, etc.) and small local producers, while coordinating the organization of friendly events (refreshment bar, entertainment, etc.) where local services and associations are invited to set up stands to get closer to the isolated population.
Acteurs
Ville à Joie works in close contact with numerous partners at the national level: PETR, CC, CA that co-pilot our actions technically and politically; municipalities with fewer than 1,000 inhabitants that host events; associations, retailers, and local services (health, digital, employment, etc.) that run stands to present the initiatives implemented in the area; our funders in various fields (pension funds, MSA, CAF, prefectures, departmental and regional councils).
