élulib, le copilote intelligent des élus et candidats
- Organisational Performance, Business Applications and Collaborative Working
Contexte
Since 2020, over 2,200 mayors in France have resigned, citing overload, isolation and a lack of adequate tools. 63% of elected officials say they feel ill-equipped for their duties. Growing regulatory complexity and digital transformation amplify this challenge. élulib was created to give elected officials time, clarity and support through an ethical, sovereign and accessible digital assistant dedicated to public service.
Acteurs
The civic tech market includes several partial players: Cap Collectif and Open Source Politics (citizen participation), NationBuilder and Qomon (campaign CRM and mobilisation), and Delibia (administrative automation).
None covers the entire electoral and mandate cycle.
élulib stands out by combining generative AI, political expertise, knowledge base, and human support for elected officials, through an inclusive and sovereign interface.
