Contexte
The "Assistance à maîtrise d'usage" (AMU) project led by Vraiment Vraiment with the Saint-Brieuc Hospital Center is part of a public innovation initiative dedicated to ageing well. In response to an ageing population and the challenges faced by public healthcare institutions, this approach aims to rethink the living and reception spaces of the EHPAD des Capucins. It places users – residents and professionals – at the heart of the design process, experimenting through co-design and prototyping with practical solutions to improve residents' privacy and comfort.
Acteurs
Vraiment Vraiment leads the AMU process in coordination with the Saint-Brieuc Hospital Center. The EHPAD des Capucins team – management, caregivers, and technical staff – is involved at every stage, alongside residents and their caregivers, who take part in the co-design of spaces. Internal partners such as the maintenance, procurement, and reuse departments contribute to operational implementation and prototyping, ensuring the feasibility and long-term sustainability of the developed solutions.
