Contexte
Faced with climate, economic and social challenges, the city of La Valette-du-Var sought to launch a collective ecological transition. Supported by NEEDE, the (Re)Generation project helps the municipality design a participatory environmental roadmap. The initiative combines territorial assessment, staff training and citizen engagement around key themes: energy, water, mobility, food, waste and biodiversity.
Acteurs
The project is led by NEEDE, an association specializing in territorial ecological planning, in close partnership with the city of La Valette-du-Var. The municipal team, staff, elected officials and residents take part in each stage: assessment, workshops and forums. Researchers, local associations and economic actors also contribute their expertise to co-develop concrete and shared solutions.
