A few days after the Bataclan attack (2015), the PPMS (2002) — the Emergency Plan for Schools — was updated to adapt to this new threat. While the audio systems already in place in schools allow alerts to be broadcast in the event of an intrusion, triggering alerts remains a central issue in education.
Designed to address safety and risk prevention challenges, Bodet Alert simplifies and facilitates the implementation of the PPMS. Bodet Alert is a mobile alert-triggering app that improves crisis management and is available on smartphones.
Acteurs
For over 40 years, Bodet Time has been designing analog clocks, digital clocks, and station clocks in France. Bodet Time is also a specialist in alert systems and audio solutions.
Internationally, Bodet Time equips schools with bell systems to broadcast PPMS alerts in the event of a major incident. Their audio system can also play a bell sound, music, or voice message to structure a school day or alert employees in an industrial setting.
