Contexte
At the request of the Mayor of Agen and President of the metropolitan area, the Elected Officials Academy addresses a dual need: to strengthen the connection between UPSA—the largest private employer in Lot-et-Garonne—and local elected officials, and to foster a better understanding of the territory's economic, industrial, and health-related challenges. By creating a space for dialogue and training, this initiative reflects UPSA's vision of being a company that grows with its territory while helping it thrive.
