Projet d'autoconsommation collective à Vizille - 'Les Roseaux'
- Collective self-use and decentralised models, micro grid
Contexte
The rehabilitation project of the Vizille residence was born from a shared observation: the existing heating system, outdated and energy-intensive, no longer meets residents' needs. To improve comfort while reducing energy consumption, the local authority and the social housing provider chose an innovative solution—collective self-consumption. This sustainable and replicable model allows residents to directly benefit from the energy savings and efficiency gains it generates.
