Ephrem, a wood-fired oven manufacturer for 50 years in Haute-Provence, reinvents this heritage with the Flambeur Pro 120: a uniquely designed, durable and high-performance oven made from naturally refractory materials. Easy to install in 2 hours, it stays hot for over 24 h and fosters local revitalization, rebuilding social ties, attractiveness and renewal around the shared fire.
Acteurs
• Ephrem, a wood-fired oven manufacturer for 50 years based in Haute-Provence, will market the Flambeur Pro 120 and oversee its installation, either directly or through partner installers.
• Rural municipalities will lead the project as a collective facility fostering social connection and local attractiveness.
• Bakers, millers, farmers, residents, associations and organisations (Agribio, training centres, schools, consular chambers) will contribute to animating and structuring the local value chain.
