Assistance à Maîtrise d'Usage et préfiguration des espaces communs et services de la résidence Charles Hermite

  • Outdoor landscaping, street furniture and accessibility

Contexte

The AMU project at the Charles Hermite residence, conducted with Paris Habitat, supports the Plan Climat renovation of 1,300 social housing units. It aims to involve residents from the neighborhood — part of a Priority Urban District (QPV) and TZCLD — in the design of shared spaces and to adapt the program to real uses. By placing users at the heart of the process, the project fosters dialogue between the landlord, tenants, and local stakeholders, promoting a sustainable and inclusive urban transformation.

Acteurs

Alongside Paris Habitat, the teams from P&MA and the Local Development Teams of the 18th arrondissement, Vraiment Vraiment supports the transformation of the Charles Hermite residence. Activ'18, part of the Zero Long-Term Unemployment Territory initiative, and the Oasis 18 association, active in educational, cultural, and social support, actively contribute to the project's momentum. Residents, including many single-parent families and seniors, are at the heart of the co-design of the shared spaces.
