Modul'R à Redon
- Low-carbon buildings, construction modules and renovation
Contexte
Traditional construction is often slow and energy-intensive. The MODUL'R project is a response to the growing demand for social housing, which requires fast and environmentally friendly solutions. The city of Redon and the developer Terre et Toit approached Espacil, recognized for its expertise on a previous container-based project, to build housing for young people under 30 in the Haut Pâtis urban development zone (ZAC).
