Formation de la Fourche à la Fourchette
- Farming and food
Contexte
The 'From Fork to Fork' training program aims to train adults who are changing careers, seeking employment, or in social and professional integration, in the professions of the food transition. Lasting three months, 100% in-person and completely free for participants, this unique program in France helps create new vocations for agricultural and food-related professions facing labor shortages, promotes healthy and high-quality food, and strengthens the dynamism of the territory. To achieve this, it covers all sectors: agriculture, processing, distribution, catering, and waste management.
