La Première Graine – Boutique partagée pour jeunes créateurs locaux
- Shops, trades, markets
Contexte
Bayonne faces strong real estate pressure: the average cost per square meter (€240) limits young creators' access to physical spaces. These entrepreneurs, often from priority neighborhoods, mainly sell online and struggle to generate significant revenue. The project addresses this need by creating an accessible shared space that promotes visibility and professionalization, supported by Bpifrance, Banque des Territoires, and the State through the CitésLab program.
Acteurs
Bpifrance, through the CitésLab program, leads project engineering and supports entrepreneurs from priority neighborhoods, funding HR positions, event management, communication, and skills development. GIP DSU Bayonne ensures local coordination, legal security, and mobilization of creators. Ametzondo shopping center provides a 147 m² space at a preferential rate and logistical support. Co-financing: Bpifrance with financial backing from Banque des Territoires and the State. An association created by artisans ensures the initiative's continuity.
