Facing the challenges of telephone reception, Bouygues Telecom Business developed an intelligent AI-based voice agent (with Volubile.AI). The City of Meudon, keen to improve and streamline its single point of contact for its citizens, chose to experiment with this innovative solution. The partnership, formalized on June 11, 2025, at the VivaTech exhibition, aims to transform the telephone experience by offering an automated service, available 24/7, capable of providing clear answers and managing call volumes. This project positions Meudon as a pioneering city in the integration of AI.
Acteurs
Driven by Bouygues Telecom's Innovation Department and developed with Volubile, a French startup expert in conversational AI, this intelligent voice agent solution was deployed for the City of Meudon by Bouygues Telecom Business. Close collaboration with Meudon's IT Department (DSI) was essential.
