Mutualisation sportive du stade Robert Diochon
- Construction of sports infrastructures
Contexte
The promotion of US Quevilly-Rouen Métropole to Ligue 2 in 2021 presented the Rouen Métropole with a structural challenge: how to provide infrastructure that meets professional soccer standards when the historic Robert-Diochon stadium is already shared between FC Rouen and Rouen Normandie Rugby?
Rather than considering the construction of a second stadium, the Métropole opted for an ecological innovation and called on Natural Grass to design a sustainable solution capable of withstanding intensive use while preserving the playing quality of natural grass.
