Logements pour saisonniers en centre ancien de Bormes les Mimosas
- Vocational integration, employment
Contexte
The City of Bormes-les-Mimosas (8,000 inhabitants, 11,000 housing units, 61% of which are secondary residences) is a seaside resort on the Var coast whose population increases fivefold between April and October. Ninety-two percent of local businesses struggle to recruit seasonal workers due to a lack of available housing. The social housing stock, saturated and unsuitable, fails to meet these needs, and alternative solutions remain virtually non-existent across the territory.
