Contexte
Mayors and elected officials are faced with a nearly insoluble equation: continuing to provide public service despite the reduction in state funding, regulatory inflation, and the employment crisis in the local public sector. The smaller the communities, the more these difficulties amplify, creating a solitude for elected officials in the face of their duty, a solitude that is often at the root of the crisis in the meaning of public engagement. We propose a solution based on human expertise and artificial intelligence.
Acteurs
Stéphane, 16 years of mandate as a local elected official, and Daniel, 12 years of experience as a territorial civil servant. By joining forces with Pierre and Émile, two young talents specialized in artificial intelligence, we have created a project that mobilizes all the actors of the territorial public service: elected officials, territorial agents of their communities and finally territorial agents of third-party communities.
