Contexte
Three-year experiment aimed at reducing the rate of non-take-up among residents by improving their daily lives. Objective: to simplify and strengthen access to social services, consolidate partnerships between the various actors involved in social action, integration and the fight against poverty, to support changes in professional practices, improve data exchange and sharing between institutions, and implement outreach initiatives. The factor made it possible to collect the information needed to carry out an assessment of the current situation.
