FONTAINE A YAOURT DELAFERME

Contexte
Maintaining organic dairy farms is a major issue for regions because of the role played by the pastures. The yogurt fountain helps support the commercial development of farms, allowing to strengthen the economic resilience of farms through on-site processing. These products help provide a solution to the EGALIM and AGEC laws by offering an organic and fair-trade product and by reducing packaging by 90%. Food waste education is also facilitated by this fountain.
Acteurs
This is driven by a sector project currently involving 4 farms and 8 by 2026, covering about ten regions in France. We are responsible for developing marketing and technical support. We work with, and have co-developed the fountain with, a supplier located in Loire-Atlantique.
