Contexte
EKONEA was created to adapt the training offer to the skills required for the ecological transition. In response to economic, technological, and climate changes, it provides a concrete solution by linking the needs of economic sectors, the transformation of educational content, and people's aspirations toward sustainable professions. The program supports the creation of new diplomas and the greening of curricula. As a true driver of territorial attractiveness and innovation, EKONEA contributes to local employment, awareness-raising, and regional ecological dynamism.
Acteurs
EKONEA is led by GIP FIPAN, the academic training operator, in partnership with NEEDE, an association specialized in science mediation and ecological transition, and UIMM Sud, representing industrial sectors. The initiative is supported by the Sud Region, which contributes to its structuring and regional deployment. EKONEA also relies on a network of support, inclusion, and educational organizations to engage a wide range of audiences. Together, these actors build an innovative model of cooperation serving the ecological transition.
