Founded in 1934, the FNCCR is an association of local authorities entirely dedicated to the organization of network-based local public services: energy, water, waste, and digital infrastructure. As a representative and diverse organization, it brings together both authorities that delegate public services to companies and others that manage these public services themselves (public utilities, mixed-economy companies, user cooperatives, etc.). The FNCCR supports its members in the technical, administrative, and financial organization of local public services and their related activities.
