Contexte
TranscribIA helps local authorities produce meeting minutes and official reports. From a meeting recording, AI transcribes discussions, identifies speakers and generates structured documents tailored to the organisation's needs. It significantly reduces the time spent on transcription and drafting, while keeping public-sector staff fully in control of reviewing, correcting and approving the final document.
Acteurs
TranscribIA is developed by OHADJA and supported by Televic Conference France, a specialist in conference solutions for local authorities. Its development is driven by feedback from public-sector users and pilot authorities, helping adapt the solution to real-life practices: council meetings, committees, institutional meetings, minutes and official report production.
