Livret de 31 recettes qui sauvent des animaux - Des solutions concrètes pour la restauration scolaire

  • Collective Catering & Nutrition

Contexte

By feeding children every day, school catering shapes their eating habits and can drive lasting change in our food system. In France, nearly 3 million land animals are killed for food each day. Local authorities have practical ways to take action: offering more vegetarian and vegan meals and supporting kitchen teams with tasty, balanced recipes designed for the operational needs of school catering. L214 offers a free booklet featuring 31 plant-based recipes designed for school catering.

Acteurs

L214 leads the initiative and contributes its expertise in animal welfare and public policies promoting plant-based food. Cap Veggie, a training organisation specialising in plant-based cooking, developed and wrote the recipes to meet the operational needs of school catering. The guide brings together their complementary expertise.
