Contexte
Citizen Dialog Kit offers a three-part citizen participation solution: autonomous survey terminals (Dialog Boxes) installed in public spaces, an online platform for creating and analysing surveys in real time, and free methodological support based on scientific research and hands-on experience. Together, these three components make it possible to reach residents beyond the usual digital channels, gather a wider range of perspectives, and turn responses into directly actionable insights.
Acteurs
Local authorities, municipalities, public agencies, consultancies and citizen engagement organisations. Dialog Box enables public sector stakeholders to collect feedback from residents, users and visitors directly in public spaces. Citizens participate in surveys, while decision-makers and project teams use the results to inform policies, planning and public projects.
