Lien SOS is a simple scheme that makes it easier for the emergency services to assist elderly, isolated or vulnerable people. Thanks to a medical information sheet kept in a tube stored in the fridge, the emergency services can quickly access essential information in the event of a home emergency: treatments, medical conditions, allergies, contact details, etc. Implemented by local authorities, CCAS (Community Centres for Social Action) and support organisations, Lien SOS is a practical measure to prevent harm and protect vulnerable people in the local area.
