L214 is an animal protection organisation focusing primarily on animals used for food, including meat, dairy, egg and fish production. Through its investigations, L214 helps drive change towards food systems that are more respectful of animals. At the Salon des Maires, L214 is sharing a stand with Cap Veggie, a vegetarian culinary training organisation, to present the plant-based recipe book they jointly developed for school catering.
